How can we help?

Hi,
Could you please guide me how to test/reproduce the error 429?
I pushed notifications a lot over the allowed rate limit, but the error does not happen.
Thank you.

It seems Push Notification API is too hard to reproduce the error 429.
However, I could easily reproduce by using other APIs such as View Notifications.
