Refactor string contant Classes to be more dotnet style

I worked with Alex on a pattern with static classes containing "const string"

This is far easier to read and more efficent.

public static class AttributeConstants
{
public const string ALIAS = "alias";

The plan is to update all constant classes to this pattern.

This new implementation will it also make easier to detect usages across classes.
