When a connection is automatically made (Dashboard autoconnect option set to auto-connect) can be shown a message from the SP e.g. indicating what the next steps would be to activate the connection.

E.g. Show the message: To request access to be set up, the customer needs to contact our customer support: https://service.elsevier.com/app/home/supporthub/elsevieraccess/ or their Elsevier account manager.
