Display all IdP info in dashboard / my institute

There is info in Manage about an IdP that is not currently shown in the dashboard (welke? Enige die Raoul zag was bij elk IdP-contact of ze ook een/het Sirtfi-contact zijn). Showing it might improve usage and quality of data. And if we show that info, we might also want to allow change request on that info, some of which could be automatically changed Manage, some we need manual intervention (so an email/Jira-ticket). Let's evaluate this when we have the SCV's use 2FA, so we have the proper authentication level to allow auto changes of certain IdP data.
