Add Support URL to Consent page (instead of or next to support contact)

IdPs are more and more requesting to show a LINK somewhere in the consent page to a specific help page instead of (or next to) the support email contact.

This link should be added to Manage, configurable in Dashboard en displayed somewhere on the consent screen (will specify).

Possible (extra) feature: allow IdP to specify whether they want to show email (yes/no) and/or URL (yes/no) BUT at least 1 is mandatory!
