Hide attribuut manipulation features in ARP tab by default

WE now have a clickable way of creating attribute manipulation (Override the release of with a different attribute name, Use as name-id in the SAML response) which is great!

I would like to propose a feature to make these options invisible by default. The overview can get a bit cluttered with the options shown for each attribute. Since most service don't use AM, this will be easier on the eyes for most services.

Add a radio button (next to 'no arp') of some kind (e.g.): 'Enable attribute mapping, rename'
