This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Mar 24, 2022 by Pieter van der Meulen

When opening the root page of the GSSP in a brower a test page opens that contains a link to 'https://pieter.aai.surfnet.nl/simplesamlphp/sp.php?idp=%s\': https://github.com/OpenConext/Stepup-Azure-MFA/blob/36fe3f49e65ad15fad5595837a5d65108db3614f/src/Surfnet/AzureMfa/Infrastructure/Twig/GsspExtension.php#L43

This page should not be shown by default in the prod environment.
