This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Oct 21, 2022 by Peter Havekes

A RA should see in the RA portal if a Tiqr account has been blocked, so he can inform the user what to do.
This information is currently not available in middleware, so we should find a way to let the gssp's communicate blocked accounts.
