While not designed as a cosmic ray detector per se, background radiation measurements taken in the course of CERN@school research may nonetheless be useful for Open Cosmics projects. It would therefore be worthwhile uploading a test dataset to a repository that provides DOIs for evaluation purposes.

CERN@school is one of the flagship research programmes of the Institute for Research in Schools (IRIS). It is based around the Timepix detector, a hybrid silicon pixel device developed by the Medipix Collaboration at CERN.
