station json files for QuarkNet detectors #2

Not sure where to put these yet but here are json files a la

https://github.com/HiSPARC/sapphire/blob/master/sapphire/data/station/10.json

for the QuarkNet detectors. Of course more information is needed but lat and long and names, etc. are there.
