Use develop as main working branch

Although our docs and official messaging insist in using a version tag when installing the library, some people (maybe many) don't.

To be fair, it's ver easy not to. I therefore suggest we start pairing main to the latest release and switch to develop as our working branch in the spirit of making our stuff as hard to mess up with as possible. The change needs to be documented in our CONTRIBUTING guide.

I am using scarb, and dependency is defined as:

am I doing it wrong?

Now that we have a registry, this is the recommended approach. Pulling directly from git can be useful when testing alpha releases or main features that may still be unstable. With this said, note that openzeppelin contains openzeppelin_utils, so in your case, it should be enough to remove the third line and use openzeppelin::utils in the code.
