1.8.9 Version has Item Draw/Equip Sounds Missing?

Forge Version: 11.15.1,2318

Description:

This is less a issue but more a confusing question why the equip sounds are missing from the 1.8.9 version. was thinking they were either not compatible, or never back ported into 1.8.9 which is a shame as want4ed to use them for hypixel skyblock for some immersion.

Unless i am just missing a different mod or it needs an update.
