No WiFi after resuming from suspend.

My new PineNote arrived late last week and I've been working my way through the docs. A problem that I quickly encountered is that the WiFi device is not present after waking up from suspend. It's icon is not present in the top status bar, its button is gone from the config menu entered by tapping the upper right corner, and wlan0 isn't present in the output of /sbin/ifconfig

Only a reboot (maybe) or a power cycle bring it back.

I did an update then upgrade and got bit by #99,fixed that, then #86 and fixed that, but the no WiFi after suspend/resume problem is still present.
