The library was installed using "sudo apt-get install ros-hydro-pr2-2dnav", and when I try to execute "roslaunch pr2_2dnav pr2_2dnav.launch" it says that the launch file is missing, I take a look in the carpet and there was no launch file.
Sorry, I'm blooming them at this moment. This must have slipped under my radar. It should ready in the ROS debs whenever Tully makes another merge. For now you can use it via source.
