EN: Need an admin's option for admins to "rollback all of a user's last edits to their images since , after which there have been no edits by other members, with regional scope for <REGION|ALL>"

This is a typical task that often has to be solved when imposing editing restrictions. Accordingly, a link to this command (script) should appear when you select "no" for the "Can edit their pictures" option:

RU: Нужна опция для админов "откатить все последние правки пользователя в его снимках начиная с <дата>, после которых не было правок других участников, для <регион|все>"

Это типовая задача, которую часто приходится решать при наложении ограничений на редактирование. Соответственно, ссылка на эту команду (скрипт) должна появляться при выборе "нет" у опции "Может редактировать свои фотографии":
