What is the recommended image type and size for upload? #62

Hi, I am trying to use DeepSlice in ABBA, but my 8-bit OME-TIFF files are over 600 MB each. Can DeepSlice handle files of this size? If not, what steps should I take to optimize my workflow and make these files compatible

Just to follow up, i compressed my image to around 20% of its original size, however Deepslice still does not seem to like it...
its file type is OME-TIFF, 8 bit depth.

It can handle any size but downsample it to around a 1920x1080 so the server doesn't become overloaded. The issue you're seeing is that it can't handle tiff. Please use jpeg of png :)
