Add barcode autodetect

Add an option to autodetect barcodes and process all of them with default sample names, rather than requiring a csv file assigning sample to barcode.

This isn't ideal for clinical work as it decouples the barcode and the sample information, requiring it to be matched again manually by the user, so there will also be an annoying warning for those wishing to do it this way.
