Multiple offline votes receive 1 reward. #1

At the moment the plugin manages a list with people who vote offline.

Even though offline players vote multiple times, only once the login commands are run.

I wish that offline votes are 'remembered', instead of offline voters, so the login commands or part of them can be run multiple times.

Can you add above functionality?
