So just got another Miele Hood as the other was a total nightmare that kept breaking (automatic retraction), but at least it had a remote control. Now I am forced to use just the app in the new one which left me thinking why does Miele have something like 1990's thinking and not Apple Home integration. Then after coffee I was like is there an API.
Surely I found this and was pleasantly surprised as I just loaded it in Home Kit.
Is it possible though in the future to have the dimming capabilities of the hood light also?
Currently on the DA 2698.
