Column "First Name" not visible on Email Addresses (Login Pages)

Hi all,
I have a problem with column view "First Name", all the others are visible. I have this problem in all installations that I have (all created from scratch). The problem is visible only in exports csv and on column. the fields on the table of the database are visible and are filled correctly from the login page.
