After Playing multiple times the game exits

Sometimes after playing it 4-5 times the game exits directly

Help needed on this ! The main issue is the mouse and the click are getting set while playing the game and when it comes on last_menu ,the Yes/No are selected automatically as mosue and click being set.Refer to game_end(pygame1.py) function to solve this error !
You have to clear the clicks before the user clicks on it.
