Raw Accel driver is not installed, run installer.exe

run the installer (installer.exe), then restart your pc from Start Menu -> Power -> Restart. other reboot methods like Shutdown or using the power button aren't guaranteed to work

if you still get this error, then there must be an antivirus/security issue. you could try turning off tamper protection and controlled folder access in the Windows Security virus & threat protection settings, then run the installer again

Since the installer seem to install a driver, it could be related to Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist.

If so, can be disabled with New-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config\" -Name VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable -PropertyType Dword -Value 0 -Force or through the UI in Core Isolation.
