uninstalling causes no mouse movement (long message, apologies 😅)

completely disabled defender, no driver gimmicks or specific mouse drivers, purely windows drivers.

first i tried to install it, then in devmgmt it says in driver details rawaccel.sys is apart of it, but raw accel gui doesnt open or work because its not installed.

then i try to reinstall it, so i uninstall it and restart my computer, then my mouse doesnt work, with an error code 39 on all hid-compliant mice. i tried to reinstall the rawaccel.sys to see if i could reverse it, did not work.

restore point isnt possible within windows as on my windows os its completely removed, this has happened before but ive always resorted to completely reinstalling windows which i wouldnt like to do
