Function to compute differential token reward

US: As a user, I want to see in which ways I am earning Rejuve points. I want to understand how these points are awarded, and be rewarded accordingly to how difficult it is to obtain this data, so that I will be motivated to share it in this new sphere. I want to be able to see how this data is valuable to Rejuve overall.
Task: Wrap this categorization with a function to compute token reward. This function for the first sprint will have levels 1-3 depending on difficulty of answering the question module (in particular difficulty of obtaining clinical data). In future iterations this can be tied to how much it narrows the confidence ranges of our models, and then to the market value of data once the market has taken off. This makes it more useful for both the user giving the data and other uses.
