Bug description

Notifications for some apps have their action buttons missing (such as quick reply).

Known affected applications:

• Discord
• Facebook Messenger

Steps to reproduce

1. recieve a notification from one of the listed apps (such as a direct message)
2. open the notification shade and expand the notification
