Bug description

With peek display enabled, expanding the notification shade/qs panel triggers authentication. This also causes the lockscreen to be dismissed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to personalize settings
  2. Go to lock screen
  3. Go to peek display
  4. Enable Peek display
  5. Lock device
  6. attempt to open qs panel/notification shade
