bug: Full Screen apps don't work

Bug description

After toggling an app in Full screen apps, it doesn't apply and disables after exiting the menu (and it doesn't work)

Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Go to Settings
Step 2. Search Full Screen apps and go in it
Step 3. Toggle an app

Relevant log (logcat/build log)
