SEB 3.4 - Loading New SEB Settings Not Allowed!

Dear Support,

When we updated the SEB to 3.4 to support the IOS 18 on the iPads, a new issue started to happen.
Whenever we launch the SEB through Moodle, a pop up message displays the following: "Loading New SEB Settings Not Allowed!"

This issue is happening on IOS 16, 17 and 18.

This is ongoing for all the users who are using iPhone, iPad and Mac.

You have to provide me with access to a demo course where I can investigate this.

And provide at least this basic information:

• What Moodle version are you using?
• Which mode (Manual or Upload my own config) in quiz settings?
• If Upload my own settings, send me such a config file (zip it for upload here or email to info at safeexambrowser . org)
• Send SEB log files

please find the below information

1. Shiksak Platform and Safe Exam Browser 3.4 (https://safeexambrowser.org/download_en.html#iOS)
2. Mode - "Yes – Configure manually"

Edit : This is happening after the new update from SEB, when the old 3.3.3 and 3.3.3 (deprecated) is shared to end users they were able to use the SEB without any trouble.

Whereas there are no issues using SEB in Windows.
