We are running into an issue with SEB on the latest macOS Sequoia 15.0.1. Once you launch an exam session, the SEB detects the prohibited app and prompts you to quit in order to proceed with the exam, this is expected behavior. Instead of taking you to the exam after the app is closed, the SEB seems to crash and just takes you to the desktop screen instead of proceeding to the exam. We then have to restore the chrome pages and re-launch the session which then gives the same SEB crash again.

This is only occurring on Mac OS Sequoia.

I've attached a video of the issue and a screenshot of what the log file states.

The log file you pictured doesn't cover the whole SEB session. Please upload all relevant log files of one session. You can also send it privately to info at safeexambrowser. org

Please also check that you're using the 3.4 final build version 15396.

This should be fixed in SEB 3.4.1. Please test the issue with the new release.
