Will argue the severity as it is standard with OZ governors and by the end of the governance process, it should be obvious that the correct address has been set.

If we were to implement changes, it would be in the file GovernorTimelockCompoundUpgradeable or relevant functions in that file function updateTimelock(ICompoundTimelock newTimelock).
