Hello, I just started with the Elasticsuite onsite search and I can not figure out how to exclude some search results.
Right now, if I use the search term '12-pack', I also see some other packs, a 6-pack or 3-packs. I was wondering if I can exclude those irrelevant results, because if a search term like '12-pack' is used, it is already a quite specific search. I hope that with excluding the irrelevant results, the client will have a better experience with the onsite search.
I already set a optimizer (negative for other x-packs), but this way I will have to set a lot of optimizers because we have a wide range in shops and packs. Beside that, it only has an impact on the ranking, an not on excluding this irrelevant result.
Additionaly I have put more weight on the attribute filter 'Package', but it only has an effect on the raking aswell.
I have to mention that it doesn't show all 6-packs or 3-packs, but just a few. Those items include an '12' in the SKU attribute, but not seperately. For example: '601239'. I've put the weight of this attribute set to the lowest, but this only has influence on the ranking, and not excluding it from the results.
I'm Hoping that anyone could help me out. Please let me know if you need more information.
Thanks in advance.
