Having too many subject input lead to disappearing of buttons and suffix, but also to the last inserted lines.

It should adjust based on viewport visibility and become scrollable if exceed.

Actually the maximum number of lines is set to 13 as it is the maximum value that works on a 13" monitor but we are far from expected result.
