An idea: during a Comms sabotage, do what you do with Purgatory mode and move all users to different, far-away positions on their mumble coordinates, which means they cannot just unmute to circumvent the Comms sabotage (we had an issue with someone consistently doing this in a public lobby the other day and it was really annoying)

This method would also allow ghosts to remain able to speak to each other in Purgatory mode during a Comms sabotage, since they can just continue to be placed into the same position without being muted, and it's more obnoxious than anything else for ghosts to be affected by Comms sabotages.

This is only a band-aid solution for a specific scenario, and doesn't help ghosts unmuting themselves in Spectate ghost mode, but it would still be a guaranteed way to prevent Comms sabotage circumvention.
