Diagnostic ISO TP Read/Write Data by ID Parameters Conversion

Hi,

I've created a config to handle UDS messages with a "Diagnostic ISO TP" window.
I want to use the basic diagnostic tab to read and write data to an ECU by identifier.
However, the data I need to read and write needs conversion to be easily interpreted.
I see there is a "Conversion" column in the "Parameters" sub-window of the response configuration and that I can choose "formula" or "value_table".
How do I set the formula or the value table used to decode those parameters of my read/write data by ID request?
