Exclude the weekly FNFF thread from the FNFF rakings

What is your suggestion?

In days of yore, the weekly FNFF thread would have a large influence on the following week's rankings. There is some anecdotal evidence that, under the new system, this may still be happening and we should look at removing or at least suppressing the influence of the FNFF thread in the weekly rankings.

This came up in this post and the subsequent thread.
