Predict quote moderation decision

What's the goal?

The goal is to to predict the moderation decision for a submitted quote using a SVM with a linear kernel and the tf-idf algorithm.

Currently in development.

To install the following packages, run in your console the following command

$ pip install -r requirements.txt
