Override file property of export-ddl and export-schema is ignored #381

Example:
command: export-ddl my.ddl true
output: The file at my.ddl could not be created or could not be replaced.

Incorrect method(Boolean.getBoolean(String)) is used when converting string to boolean. Boolean.valueOf or Boolean.parseBoolean should be used.
