Plugin reports that configuration file is not found even when it was.

Hi there,

I'm running TShock 4.5.14 (although this has happened in previous versions also) and AutoTeam tells me that the configuration file is not found on every startup. It does seem to actually load the configuration file and apply my settings (I just changed it from team 1 to Team 3 and now I'm being placed in the blue team) but it did cause me to waste a bit of time troubleshooting so it'd be nice if it didn't do that.
