Description

I would like to pre-render the end point slack histogram to reduce click & wait The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD-flow-scripts#2610

Suggested Solution

Add gui::timing_report_udpate tcl command. Perhaps there are some other use-cases for this and the tcl command could take some slightly different form, but as far as pre-rendering is concerned, gui::timing_report_update would do.
