(1.20.1 server) All construction wands stop working

For me all construction wands have stopped working, they look like they would work (shows the outline of tiles that would be changed) but don't place or destroy blocks even if i have blocks or nothing in my off-hand. It does work normally if it is set to the destruction core, random is set to yes, and there are no blocks in my hotbar or off-hand.

Are you using additional mods or just ConstructionWand?

premade modpack from host? like that i submitted some mods to them that they added
