Implement two major and one minor. Or do one major and four minor

Major:

Minor:

Add placeholder for bottom line chart when there is not seleciotn (prompting to make a selection)
Decimal points in colormap
Remove country name in legends
Remove hidden hacky title #75
Log scale color scale to get more details in map #76
Try to spice up layout a bit.
