<p>Every year, Big Data Club competes at Datafest, a data analysis competition sponsored by the American Statistical Association.
Our team has won Best Data Visualization for the past three years! In addition, last year, we also took home second place for the Best Insight category as well.</p>

</header>
<p>In this Kaggle Challenge run by Professor Bharatendra Rai at UMass Dartmouth, participants competed to build a system to predict whether a consumer will purchase an item while shopping online.
Members explored different solutions to the imbalanced class problem while training machine learning algorithms.</p>
