If I login at
https://IP address/getin_dashboard/index.php?page=login
and create a new user, the page returns a "User successfully created" message but a new record does not show up in the database and hence the list displayed in the dashboard.

@donrukanga1 I scrubbed the IP address from your comment. We don't want the IP of the production server here on the public repo.
