map the user location where the case is being submitted from

The app should be able to map the user location were the case is being submitted from, it should also be able to map out the nearest CSO to the user reporting for immediate help. Incase the user needs immediate help and can’t wait for the CSO to reach out to them, they are also aware of where to access help from.

Acceptance criteria

• identify user's location
• map the nearest CSO to the user reporting the case
