As confirmed in testing on 4/28, this appears to be a slave receive buffer getting full, and then the Aardvark library or firmware begins aggressive clock stretching or some other form of unresponsiveness. Changing the MSP libraries to not send anything at all to the magtom works well as a proof of concept, but we really need a way to flush that buffer more. Will start a thread with Total Phase about this.

I've successfully read ~40,000 samples so far with my sendIMU script.

Edit: It started stuttering again after 17 minutes.
