Acceptance Criteria:

• Remove Insane Cop, Naive Cop, Paranoid Cop, and Confused Cop
• Implement Insane, Naive, Paranoid, and Confused as modifiers for investigative roles
• Insane: investigative results always appear in falsemode
• Naive: investigative results always favor the person being investigated
• Paranoid: investigative results always disfavor the person being investigated
• Confused: investigative reports appear in falsemode 50% of the time
