Change pixl.js update code method to avoid corruption

Change pixl.js update code method to avoid corruption. Something like writing to a temporary file then overwriting the boot code script. (it could be not possible because of the lack of available memory)

Or change the update script to fix corrupted pixl.js (no published version in bluetooth)
