script doesn't seem to remember the API key

I'm running into an issue with my GitHub project where the script doesn't seem to remember the API key I set in run_gca.py. Every time I run the script, it shows up as if there's no API key. Even when I click on the LLM settings to verify, it doesn't display the API key I previously entered.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any ideas about what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now in the "LLM settings" I have add the open ai keys, but there are no place to add the anthropic key apart from the file.
