Improve Citation component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now the content of the Citation component has very little flexibility and can be hard to style.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Change the quote prop to a children prop
• Take in className prop, so easier to add custom styling.
• remove the quote type prop.
• Identify what is actually common styling and what can be taken as a prop.
  • font size, font weight, etc.
