I'm sorry, but the design update made the extension worse and i would even say that it's not usable anymore..

  1. Buttons to make values bigger/smaller missing: http://take.ms/Q3XCs

  2. If you want to make image pixel perfect (pun intended), it's now impossible, cos it auto-changes values, which is unacceptable, for example, if you enter 0.25, and want to change it to 0.256, value changes to 0.26. This is completely unacceptable and makes it impossible to use this plugin..

Edit: What is the licence on this extension version? May i fork and keep maintaining it publicly?

Hello Ed! Thank you for reaching out with questions and suggestions

  1. We decided to remove "+", "-" buttons for Scale field. When developer is using Scale, he wants precision, an in most cases will type value instead of using buttons. You can still use "up" and "down" keyboard buttons to change scale to 0.1
  2. Current workaround: there is an option in Settings called "Scaled input precision (max number of digits after comma)", default is "2", you can increase it to have more precise scaling. I agree with you that it expected to work as you described, and at some point Scale input behaviour will be updated

This version of extension has GPL v3 license, yes, you can fork and keep maintaining
